Research interest: Molecular cloning, protein expression and purification (affinity chromatography, size-exclusion chromatography), biophysical methods for protein characterization (UV-Vis spectroscopy and fluorimetry, CD, DLS), protein crystallization, protein and DNA X-ray crystallography and small molecule X-ray crystallography.
