Scientists from the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Josipa Sarjanović, Edi Topić, Mirta Rubčić and Jana Pisk, in collaboration with the scientists of the Ruđer Bošković Institute, Marta Razum and Luka Pavić, and IUT Paul Sabatier, University of Toulouse, Dominique Agustin, together with the former student of the Department of Chemistry, Mateja Cader, published a research paper entitled Bifunctional molybdenum and vanadium materials: semiconductor properties for advanced electronics and catalytic efficiency in the oxidation of linalool, in the respected scientific journal RSC Materials Advances (IF 5,2).
Asst. Prof. Marko Močibob from the Department of Biochemistry, in collaboration with scientists from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry, published an article entitled Ribosomal A site binding pattern differs between Arm methyltransferases from clinical pathogens and a natural producer of aminoglycosides in the International Journal of Biological Macromolecules (IF = 7.7).
Researchers from the Department of Chemistry, Marijana Pocrnić, Vladislav Tomišić, and Nives Galić, in collaboration with Ana Čikoš (Ruđer Bošković Institute) and Ana Budimir (University of Zagreb, Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry) as well as Marta Hoelm and Anna Ignaczak from the University of Lodz, have published the scientific paper entitled Inclusion complexes of loratadine with β-cyclodextrin and its derivatives in solution. Scientists from the Department of Chemistry, Juraj Nikolić, Tea Juračić, Tin Klačić, Danijel Namjesnik, and Tajana Begović, in collaboration with Jozefina Katić from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology at the University of Zagreb, have published a scientific paper titled "Surface properties and corrosion protection study of poly(N-ethyl-4-vinylpyridine) polyelectrolyte-based coating on the electrochemically formed Ti|TiO2 surface" in the prestigious Journal of Materials Chemistry C (IF = 5.7).
